Hello ♥ My name is Ny! As a Holistic Creative Coach, I’m here to help you grow on your life's journey! My coaching style includes a faith-based holistic approach to connect mind, body, and spirit. All levels and faiths are welcome to our training sessions! My experience includes 20+ years in professional/community theatre projects as an actress and a background in contemporary gospel as a vocalist. I’m also a host of KoffeeSipsTea Podcast available on many platforms! Educational Background: B.A in Psychology, minor in theatre, training from Second City in scene study and improv. Vocal training with Youth gospel choirs. Also, I’m a Health & Life Coach Certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Let's connect during a HA! Session & continue to grow together.
