Time Value of Money (TVM) Basics Using Excel

I'm really enjoying working with Eric. It's been many years since I studied and worked with Accounting, but a lot is coming back to me in just the two lessons I've had with him so far. He's provided some excellent resources that I'm thrilled to have to be able to study offline and catch up even faster and he's very thorough in explaining fine points that can be confusing.
